ServeHTX cultivates collaboration for community impact as part of a larger city movement seeking flourishing communities across Greater Houston. Building upon similar past initiatives, Serve HTX is led by Houston Responds in collaboration with Acts 2, Houston Church Planting Network and Union Baptist Association.Serve HTX aims to help partners across all sectors (faith-based, non-profit, corporate, civic) work together to serve our communities, and helps volunteers find meaninful ways to serve.

Serve HTX runs for four weeks following Easter, April 21-May 17.

How it Works:

Churches and their partners offer volunteer projects which are posted on the ServeHTX website. There, volunteers can select a project and sign up to serve.

What it Does:

For organizations, Serve HTX provides a catalyst for building cross-sector partnerships and projects that bless our neighbors, raise our profile in the community, that "witness to our oneness" as we unite around the common goal of seeking a flourishing city. For volunteers, ServeHTX provides opportunities to make it happen!
